My name is Andrea Drugay and I teach yoga in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm also a Reiki Master, writer, copy editor, fire dancer, painter, surfer, snowboarder, and lover of life!

Teaching and working in the healing arts is a transformative experience, and I'm excited to be able to share my path with you. I am deeply interested in all forms of self-inquiry, self-help, bodywork, and transformation - yoga is only one part of it: lightwork, Reiki, massage, shamanism, angel work, spirit guides, Buddhism, Qi Gong, acupuncture, acupressure, shiatsu, holistic health, veganism, Feng Shui - it's all part of the holistic lifestyle package!

I've practiced yoga since 1996 and meditation since 1992. The different styles I've practiced include Ashtanga, Iyengar, Anusara, Jivamukti, and Kundalini, but there is always more of myself to be explored so stay tuned, as essential elements are liable to change :-)
